    High-hardness polyurethane or hybrid sealant installed to withstand mechanical load.

Why did the previous seal fail so quickly?

Usually the wrong sealant hardness. Standard silicone has no tear resistance under wheel load — trafficked joints need a high-hardness polyurethane or hybrid.

Can you work around our operating hours?

Yes. Car park and warehouse work is commonly scheduled after hours or in staged sections to keep the site operating.
