ASPEX Caulking is a caulking and sealing specialist working across Adelaide's eastern suburbs —Norwood, Burnside, Kensington, Dulwich, Toorak Gardens, Rose Park, St Peters, Magill, Kensington Gardens, Hazelwood Park, Maylands, Evandale, Hackney, Kent Town, Payneham South, Royston Park, Firle, Felixstow, Marden, Joslin and the streets between them.
We do two kinds of work. For homeowners, that is resealing bathrooms, showers, kitchens and window perimeters — the joints that have gone black, lifted at the edges, or started letting water somewhere it should not go. For builders and site managers, it is specification work: expansion joints, fire-rated penetration sealing, facade weatherseals and trafficked slab joints, with the documentation your QA file needs.
What connects them is method. The sealant is the cheap part of any of these jobs — the preparation is what you are actually paying for, and it is the part that decides whether the joint lasts one year or ten.

There is no version of this job where sealing over the old bead is acceptable. It is faster, it is cheaper, and it fails — which is why so much of our work is redoing someone else’s.
Price before we start
You get a fixed price, not an hourly rate. If we find something behind the old sealant that changes the scope, we stop and tell you before we continue.
Turn up when we say
Trade reliability is a low bar and we are aware of it. If we say Tuesday morning, it is Tuesday morning.
