Joint sealing, done as a trade
ASPEX Caulking is a joint sealing specialist working with home builders and commercial builders across metropolitan Adelaide — new-build wet areas through to expansion joints, fire-rated penetrations and facade seals.
What connects internal silicone work to a fire-rated penetration on a commercial job is method. The sealant is the cheap part of any of these scopes — preparation and correct system selection are what you're actually paying for, and they're what decide whether a joint lasts one year or ten.

Built to the spec
We work to the documented joint detail and sealant schedule. If something doesn’t match on site, we raise an RFI rather than substitute and hope.
Price before we start
You get pricing broken down by scope before work starts — not a number that grows once we’re on site.
Turn up when we say
Caulking is usually the last trade before handover. If we say Tuesday morning, it’s Tuesday morning.
